What You Need to Do
The waiver applies to all in-person gatherings under the auspices of CFUW. You will print and keep a signed copy yourself and either scan or take a photo of the signed copy and email it to Sandra Marven, our Membership Convenor, or print and sign a second copy and send it to Lois by mail.
Your signed waiver, on file with CFUW-Etobicoke, will cover any and all in-person CFUW activities for a year.
